Our organization, which is a company active in the area of outdoor training and events.
What is the Adventure-Day
The Adventure day is based on Team Building. The aim is to encourage participants to improve their
team working through a combination of several activities, which all require the whole team to work
towards the same goals.
In order to achieve this, the activities aim to improve several aspects:
- Improve and further enforce Cooperation within the group
- Give an occasion for Amusement and Sharing
- Encourages Creativity
- Encourages the team working
- The fact that the activities are held far away from the office and in a different context, e.g. no
formalities, helps in encouraging the Team Building and results in a pleasant day spent amongst
colleagues.
The indoor events are held in the Monastery of Roman Castle, which is an area well-known for its beautiful landscape and nature.
